Examination Enquiry Form

All candidates can take a maximum of 5 attempts of the theory examination after which they must wait a period of six months before they can restart their assessment process.

All candidates who wish to go straight to the theory examination, plus those who wish to schedule retakes must fill in this form.

All second attempts at the theory examination must be completed at one of the next two SITMA Examination Dates. Second attempts will be conducted using the ‘multiple-choice’ format.

Candidates who require a retake after this, must wait 90 days to complete another multiple choice exam. Those who are re-taking for the 3rd or 4th time, are eligible to take the written examination after 30 days.
